Western Australia Day 2

27th November 2008, the 2nd day of our trip in Western Australia. First thing in the morning is to take the early bus down to Perth City to collect our reserved car.

After collecting the car, we proceeded to Joy Garden, wanting to have some dim sum as breakfast. Who knows the shop only opens at 10.30 a.m. So, we drove around the city area which is basically quite empty and cold during that time.

Our schedule for the day is as follows:

Joy Garden - Burswood Casino - Swan Valley - Magaret River Chocolate Factory - Hillarys Boat Harbor - Dinner at Cicerello's Fremantle - Cottesloe Beach

Our timing is again not correct. All the vineyards grapes are yet to ripe. Another month to go before they are ready to be harvested for wine making. Haiz... Grapes are still too small.

My last post for the time being for the next 5 days. I'll be heading off to Santubong for camp from 11th-15th December.

Western Australia Day 3-4 will be back after the 15th with loads of pictures...Stay tuned.
